Hi, I’m Ioana — your personal trainer and nutrition coach here in Los Angeles.
Before I ever stepped into the fitness industry, I spent seven years working as a nurse. I loved helping people, but the long shifts, the stress, and the constant grind started taking a toll on me. Over time, I gained weight, felt drained, and knew I wasn’t showing up as my best self.
That’s when I discovered what fitness and nutrition could really do. Taking care of my body became the turning point — not just for my health, but for my confidence, energy, and overall happiness. I realized something important: hospitals treat illness with medicine, but fitness and nutrition are the first line of defense that can keep us from needing those hospital visits in the first place.
That’s why I became a coach. Now, I help people just like you build a strong, sustainable lifestyle through personalized fitness and nutrition programs. My approach isn’t just about calories and workouts — I look at the full picture: your energy, mood, digestion, performance, and even things like stress and confidence.
